Litigation Paralegal (Experienced in PA/NJ)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support our legal team in managing complex litigation cases. The ideal candidate will be experienced working in litigation in NJ and/or PA and possess strong research, drafting, and case management skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in managing and executing litigation cases effectively at various litigation stages.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Manage case files and ensure all court filings are properly handled, as needed in NJ and PA.
• Assist in discovery processes, including scheduling and preparing discovery responses.
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, mediations, and hearings. ensuring smooth case progression while maintaining professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Prepare and organize exhibits for trial.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and time management abilities.
• Proven success in multitasking and thriving under pressure.
• Familiarity with case management software, such as Litify or Salesforce.

This Litigation Paralegal role requires a proactive individual capable of managing diverse responsibilities within a fast-paced environment. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional organizational skills combined with strong research abilities to contribute effectively to our litigation team.
