Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant/ Case Manager/ PERSONAL INJURY

Qualifications/ AT LEAST 3 YRS EXPERIENCE

Bilingual: English/Spanish

The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills; ability to work on time-sensitive projects; ability to work effectively on a team and with all levels of personnel; superior knowledge of legal terminology, documents and the legal process; excellent research and analytical skills; and high-level attention to detail

Understanding of the PRE-SUIT/litigation process/ PERSONAL INJURY CASE MANAGEMENT

Ability to be proactive in any assigned cases from filing of complaint through post-trial work

Responsibilities:

The Paralegal/CASE MANAGER provides paralegal services to attorneys and acts as a liaison between the attorney and the case files throughout all stages of PRE-SUIT/ litigation including pre-trial investigation and preparation, mediation, arbitration and trial.
Organize and manage case files

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
