A multi-state creditors' rights law firm based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, seeks a Litigation Skip Tracer to assist with its consistently growing practice. No prior creditors rights, collections, or legal experience required!

Responsibilities:

• Process notification of non-service and research options for further service.
• Utilize resources available to determine location information for service utilizing procedures set forth by the company.
• Provide excellent customer service while contacting process service companies on behalf of clients to resolve service timeline concerns, provide updated location information, and for status follow ups.
• Determine if alternate service methods may qualify for accounts where initial service was not successful.
• Accurately document all calls and third-party contacts pertaining to service.
• Assist with incoming consumer calls utilizing appropriate and professional communication to respond to basic questions, assist with account payments, and provide information regarding potential payment plans.
• Verify and analyze gathered data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
