Litigation Support Paralegal—Personal Injury

We are seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team and provide critical support in managing a dynamic caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of personal injury cases from intake through resolution, including litigation and trial preparation.
• Draft and file legal documents such as complaints, discovery responses, motions, and settlement demands.
• Gather, analyze, and organize medical records, bills, and other evidence to support claims.
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, independent medical examinations (IMEs), and court appearances.
• Conduct legal research and draft case summaries, demand letters, and correspondence.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain case files and track deadlines to ensure timely and efficient case progression.
• Assist with trial preparation, including assembling exhibits and trial binders.
• Manage lien resolutions and assist in settlement negotiations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience as a plaintiff personal injury paralegal
• Strong understanding of New Jersey court procedures, litigation processes, and discovery rules.
• Proficiency in case management software (Neos experience preferred).
• Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience handling medical record reviews, lien negotiations, and settlement calculations is a plus.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
