Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service guidance
  • Assist clients in navigating websites, completing transactions, and understanding features or policies
  • Collect and input data accurately into systems using Microsoft Office tools and other software platforms
  • Handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining a friendly and professional tone
  • Support outbound messaging campaigns when needed to follow up on customer requests or feedback
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during interactions that may involve transitioning from chat to voice support
  • Analyze customer concerns to identify trends and suggest improvements for service delivery

Experience

  • Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is highly preferred
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong plus, especially fluency in English and other languages
  • Demonstrated sales skills or experience in upselling or cross-selling is advantageous
  • Familiarity with data entry, cash handling, and typing at a fast pace ensures efficiency in daily tasks
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general internet navigation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
  • Knowledge of outbound calling techniques and call center best practices enhances your effectiveness in this role
