Requirements
What You'll Do:

Respond to patient and client inquiries instantly through our live chat system

Provide helpful and accurate information on services, appointments, billing, and support

Manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously with speed and professionalism

Log and document all chat interactions accurately in our CRM system

Identify and escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the appropriate team

Deliver a consistently positive and professional patient experience in every chat

Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality protocols at all times
