Live Chat Agent

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Live Chat Agent to join our remote Customer Support team. In this role, you will provide real-time assistance to customers through live chat, delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly support while ensuring a positive customer experience. You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, document interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner.

Assist customers with product, service, account, billing, and order-related questions.

Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Accurately document customer interactions using CRM and ticketing systems.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Maintain knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures.

Handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Excellent written communication, grammar, and typing skills.
