Live Chat Agent – Remote Customer Support Specialist (Full-Time)

In this role, you will assist customers through live chat and email by answering questions, resolving issues, processing requests, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely, professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues, provide product and account support, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Process orders, returns, refunds, account updates, and general service requests.
• Accurately document customer interactions using CRM and ticketing systems.
• Meet customer satisfaction, response time, and quality performance goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service, live chat, call center, retail, or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent written communication and typing skills.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer applications.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace.
