This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $16 - $28 USD per hour.
Responsibilities
* Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner via our live chat platform.
* Provide prompt, accurate, and helpful information regarding NETS International's products, services, and solutions.
* Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust.
* Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through to a resolution.
* Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department or senior team members when necessary.
* Meticulously document all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints within our system.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Stay up-to-date with our evolving product and service offerings to provide the most current information.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a live chat, call centre, or technology-focused environment.
* Exceptional written communication skills, with a strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
* Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for thinking logically and critically under pressure.
* A patient, empathetic, and customer-centric approach to all interactions.
* Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications with ease.
* A background or interest in the telecommunications or IT industry is highly desirable.
