Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our client service operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to client enquiries via live chat in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner.
* Providing accurate information regarding our company's tax services, processes, and general policies.
* Assisting clients with navigating our website and accessing our services.
* Identifying and assessing client needs to achieve the highest level of satisfaction.
* Troubleshooting issues and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
* Meticulously documenting all client interactions and feedback in our internal systems.
* Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our services and industry trends.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to customer service excellence and the following qualifications:
* Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service, client support, or a similar position.
* Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for grammar and punctuation.
* Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple conversations concurrently.
* A patient, empathetic, and professional demeanour at all times.
* Proficiency in using computers and navigating new software applications with ease.
* Experience with CRM software is advantageous but not essential.
* A background in or a demonstrable interest in the financial or tax industry is highly desirable.
* A proactive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to a successful team.
