What You'll Do:

Respond to patient and client inquiries via live chat

Provide information on our services, scheduling, and billing

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team

Keep accurate records of all customer interactions

Follow HIPAA guidelines and company privacy policies
What We're Looking For:

1–2 years of customer service or live chat experience

Excellent written communication skills

Ability to type 45+ WPM

Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Healthcare or medical background is a plus
