Job Summary

 

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Da-Ly Realty is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Live Chat Support Agent to join our remote team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and prospective customers through live chat, email, and online messaging platforms.

 

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, remote environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through live chat and online messaging platforms.

Provide information regarding company services, listings, and general real estate inquiries.

Assist clients with scheduling appointments and connecting with real estate agents.

Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate solutions in a timely manner.

Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary.

Follow up with clients to ensure a positive customer experience.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Assist with administrative and data entry tasks as assigned.

Meet performance metrics related to response times, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications Required

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.

Minimum of one year of customer service, live chat, or call center experience preferred.

Excellent written communication and typing skills.

Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Professional, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor.

 

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in live chat support or online customer service.

Familiarity with real estate terminology and customer relationship management systems.

Experience using Zendesk, Intercom, LiveChat, or similar customer support platforms.

Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining service quality.
