Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a live chat environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of language.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven individual with a passion for helping others.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools.
