Position Summary:
We are seeking a Live Chat Support Specialist to assist customers through online chat by answering questions, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. This remote/hybrid role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat.
* Assist with orders, products, account questions, and general support.
* Escalate complex issues when needed.
* Maintain accurate customer records.
* Provide professional and timely customer service.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Must be at least 21 years old and meet Massachusetts background requirements.
* Customer service or live chat experience preferred.
* Strong written communication and computer skills.
* Experience with Microsoft Office and live chat platforms is a plus.
