Duties

• Host live streaming sessions to showcase products, demonstrate features, and engage viewers with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Interact with viewers through chat, answering questions promptly and providing detailed product information
• Create a lively and welcoming atmosphere that encourages viewer participation and boosts sales conversions
• Coordinate with the marketing team to plan content themes and promotional events for live sessions
• Manage technical aspects of live broadcasts, including camera setup, lighting, and sound quality to ensure a polished presentation
• Monitor viewer feedback and engagement metrics to optimize future broadcasts for maximum impact
• Maintain knowledge of product features, promotions, and brand messaging to deliver accurate information confidently

Requirements

• Previous experience as a host or host in food service or hospitality environments preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Excellent communication skills—clear, engaging, and professional speaking abilities
• Experience working in restaurants or food service settings is highly desirable
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; hotel or guest services experience is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously during live broadcasts while maintaining composure
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest relations best practices to create positive interactions
• Prior experience in hospitality or serving roles that involve guest engagement is advantageous
