Live Host – Hispanic Jewelry Sales (Bilingual English/Spanish Required)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a charismatic, energetic, and sales-driven Live Host to represent our brand through live video sales (Facebook Live, Instagram Live, TikTok, etc.). This role is perfect for someone who is confident on camera, passionate about jewelry, and skilled in driving sales through storytelling and engagement.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT:

This position requires full professional fluency in both English and Spanish. Our audience is primarily Spanish-speaking, and the ability to communicate naturally and confidently in both languages is essential. If you are not 100% bilingual, please do not apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Host live sales sessions showcasing jewelry products across social media platforms
  • Engage, entertain, and build trust with a predominantly Hispanic audience in real-time
  • Clearly explain product features, pricing, and promotions during live streams
  • Drive conversions and meet live sales targets
  • Respond to live comments, questions, and customer interactions dynamically
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content, promotions, and campaigns
  • Assist in preparing products, setups, and scripts for live sessions
  • Analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, sales) to improve future lives
  • Support content creation for social media (short videos, reels, product highlights)

Qualifications:

  • Experience in live selling, social media hosting, or on-camera roles (preferred)
  • Background in jewelry sales or retail (highly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Comfortable using live streaming tools and basic tech setups
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to close in real-time
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
