Job Summary
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for Live-In Assignments to provide compassionate care and support to clients at home or in a facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving, particularly with individuals who have developmental disabilities, dementia, or require assistance with daily living activities. This role is essential in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients while fostering a safe and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with meal preparation and cooking nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment through regular cleaning and organization of the home.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.

Skills

• Experience in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or hospice care is highly valued.
• Knowledge of memory care strategies, particularly for individuals with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.

Pay: $700.00 - $900.00 per week
