Live-in Babysitter/Nanny

We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional care for children in a nurturing environment. Duties

• Provide attentive care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Engage children in educational activities that promote learning and development.
• Prepare meals and snacks suitable for the age group while adhering to any dietary restrictions.
• Assist with daily routines, including diaper changes, bathing, dressing, and nap times.
• Organize playtime activities that stimulate creativity and physical activity.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up after playtime and meals.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
• Administer first aid when necessary and ensure all safety protocols are followed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying with infants and toddlers.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and educational practices.
• Ability to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is required.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both children and parents.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children are essential qualities.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the family's needs.
