Live-In Caregiver (24/7 Support) – Full-Time | Private Home

Strive Care Services LLC is seeking a dedicated, compassionate Live-In Caregiver to support a 29-year-old male in his home in the Fort Collins/Loveland area.

This is a full-time live-in position ideal for someone who is dependable, active, and enjoys being out in the community.

The individual is friendly, social, and enjoys activities such as going out to eat, attending the rec center, participating in sports, and engaging in community events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 24/7 supervision and support in a residential setting
• Assist with daily routines and personal care (hygiene, organization, reminders)
• Support meal planning, grocery shopping, and cooking
• Encourage and participate in daily community activities
• Help maintain a structured daily schedule
• Monitor and support health needs (including diabetes management – training provided if needed)
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide emotional support and redirection during moments of frustration

Ideal Candidate:

• Reliable, patient, and energetic
• Enjoys being active and in the community
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable providing structure and setting boundaries
• Experience with caregiving, DSP, or healthcare preferred
• Willing to learn and manage Type 1 Diabetes care
• Must be able to live in the home

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
