Home Helpers Home Care of Burlington, MA provides compassionate, one-on-one in-home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities or chronic conditions. We are growing and looking for dedicated Live-In Caregivers to help our clients remain independent in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 24-hour non-medical support including assistance with daily activities
• Personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing)
• Meal planning and preparation
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Companionship and emotional support
• Communication with families and supervisors

Requirements:

• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
• Previous live-in or 24-hour care experience (preferred)
• Reliable and compassionate
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
• TB test and physical exam
• Must pass a background check
