Position Overview

We are hiring a Live-In Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our dedicated care team. This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day while enjoying the stability of rent-free living and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care
• Support development of independent living and life skills
• Administer medications and document care accurately
• Assist with housekeeping, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe, clean environment
• Build strong, supportive relationships with residents
• Promote a positive and respectful group home culture

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Willing to live on-site full-time
• Must pass background check and fingerprint clearance
• COVID-19 vaccination (or willingness to obtain)

Experience not required—training is provided! Previous caregiving, DSP, or group home experience is a plus.
