​This job description outlines the duties and expectations for a dedicated Live-In Housekeeper responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and operation of a private residence in Europe.

​The Live-In Housekeeper is responsible for providing comprehensive housekeeping and domestic support, ensuring the residence is clean, organized, and running smoothly. This position requires a trustworthy and organized individual who can manage daily tasks with minimal supervision.

​Key Responsibilities

​Housekeeping & Cleaning

​Deep Cleaning: Perform daily, weekly, and seasonal deep cleaning of all areas within the residence (e.g., bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, common areas, home office, etc.).

​Dusting & Polishing: Dust all surfaces, polish furniture, clean mirrors, and maintain specialty surfaces (e.g., marble, fine wood, silver).

​Floor Care: Vacuum, sweep, and mop.

​Window/Glass Cleaning: Clean interior windows and glass surfaces regularly.

​Tidiness: Maintain a standard of tidiness and organization throughout the home, ensuring all items are in their designated places.

​Laundry: Manage laundry tasks, including washing, ironing, and folding.

​Bed & Bath: Change and wash all bed linens and towels frequently.

​Household Management & Support

​Inventory & Shopping: Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and basic household items; purchase new supplies as needed.

​Errands: Run occasional household errands such as grocery shopping.

​Kitchen Care: Maintain kitchen, including cleaning appliances, cabinets, and organizing pantry and refrigerator spaces.

​Plant Care: Water plants.

​Work Ethic: Reliable and proactive.

​Attention to Detail: Eye for detail and commitment to maintaining standards of cleanliness.

​Accommodation: Private living quarters, including a private bedroom and attached private bathroom, will be provided. Meals provided in accordance with necessary dietary requirements.

​Time Off: Weekends off.

​Trial Period: A standard 90-is day trial period will be required.

Paid Vacation: Yes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼7,500.00 per month
