Live-in Nanny

About the Position

A kind and easygoing family in Brookhaven, GA is looking for a mature, reliable live-in nanny to help care for their two young children. The family is hoping to find someone who truly enjoys being a nanny and wants to become a positive and trusted presence in their home.

They would love to find a Spanish-speaking or Hispanic nanny, but all experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Both parents work from home and value clear communication, kindness and mutual respect with their caregiver.

About the Children

• 4-year-old girl – very bright and curious, loves reading, dancing and princess dresses. She can be shy at first but becomes very loving once she feels comfortable.
• 9-month-old baby boy – happy, curious, crawling, standing with support and always smiling.

During most weekdays, the nanny will mainly be caring for the baby, as the older child attends school part of the week.

Schedule

Current Schedule:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Every other weekend: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Full childcare for two children
• Engaging children in fun, creative, and educational activities
• Infant care and supervision
• Children's laundry
• Light housekeeping related to the children
• Keeping the living room, kitchen area, and children's rooms tidy

Ideal Candidate

• Must be 35 years old and above
• Must be Bilingual (Spanish speaker)
• Strong communication skills
• Organized and clean
• Energetic and able to keep up with young children
• Knowledge of child development (or willingness to learn)
• Able to adapt and align with the family’s parenting style
