Job Type: Full-Time, Live-In | Monday-Friday

Compensation: $1,200-$1,300/week based on experience

ABOUT THE ROLE

A warm and close-knit family in Englewood, NJ is seeking a dedicated live-in Nanny/House Manager to support their three children ages 2, 4, and 7. Both parents commute to Manhattan during the week and are looking for a reliable, caring professional to become a trusted part of their household. This family genuinely values open communication and a strong, lasting relationship with their caregiver.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with the morning routine and help get all three children ready and out the door for school
• Drive children to school on scheduled days of the week
• Assist with light household chores and tidying (no deep cleaning) while children are at school
• Pick up the youngest child from school and facilitate nap time at home
• Pick up the two older children at the end of the school day
• Provide attentive, nurturing care and supervision throughout the afternoon and evening
• Maintain open, proactive communication with parents regarding the children's day and household needs

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience as a nanny, house manager, or in a similar childcare role
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record; must be comfortable driving children
• Comfortable living in the family home Monday through Friday
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage a structured daily routine
• Genuine warmth and a child-centered approach to caregiving

COMPENSATION

• $1,200-$1,300 per week based on experience
• Paid holidays and vacation time
• Live-in accommodations Monday-Friday
