Live-In Nanny | Long-Term Role | Private Guesthouse | Team-Based Household

Seeking a professional, dependable, and nurturing live-in nanny to provide attentive care for three children (ages 2, 5, and 6) in a structured, fully supported household. This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced caregiver who thrives in an organized environment and enjoys working collaboratively with parents and another nanny.

The nanny will live in a private, multi-floor guesthouse with a full kitchen and bathroom and work as part of a team to ensure consistent, high-quality care and daily structure.

Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Tagalog, Ilocano, or Cebuano language skills are a strong plus.

A second nanny provides afternoon and weekend coverage, ensuring team support and balanced scheduling.

Responsibilities

Childcare

• Provide attentive, safety-focused care for one toddler and two school-age children
• Manage daily routines including dressing, bathing, naps, and transitions
• Support emotional, social, and developmental growth

Activities & Engagement

• Plan and supervise age-appropriate activities, indoor and outdoor play, and learning experiences

Meals & Household Support

• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children
• Maintain clean and organized children’s areas
• Handle children’s laundry
• Perform light child-related housekeeping

Transportation

• Provide safe transportation to school, activities, and appointments as needed

Teamwork

• Work collaboratively with parents and co-nanny
• Follow established household routines and care expectations

Travel

• Travel with the family domestically and internationally
• Provide full childcare support while traveling
• Must have valid passport and be able to travel internationally

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of professional nanny experience preferred
• Experience caring for toddlers and multiple children
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Reliable, organized, proactive, and team-oriented

Preferred (not required):

• Tagalog, Ilocano, or Cebuano language skills
• Experience in private households

Schedule & Benefits

Schedule:
Wednesday–Sunday, approximately 6:45 a.m.–7:45 p.m.
(Schedule may vary slightly based on family needs; team support in place)

Compensation & Benefits:

• $27–$30 per hour (based on experience)
• Private guesthouse provided
