Live-In Nanny Roslyn

A warm, family-oriented household in Roslyn is seeking a mature, proactive, and high-energy live-in nanny to support two active school-aged children and help manage the home. A third baby is due in March, and a baby nurse will handle infant care for the first few months. The nanny’s main focus will be on the older children and maintaining a smooth daily rhythm for the household.

This is a live-in position , and the family is looking for a true team player who is excited to grow with them long-term and become an extension of their family . The role includes helping with bedtime if the parents go out and early morning readiness as the household starts early.

Responsibilities Include:

✔️ Full daily care of the 6- and 8-year-old children before and after school
✔️ Engage in homework help, activities, outdoor play, and educational projects
✔️ Create a warm, hands-on, and structured environment with limited screen time
✔️ Manage household tasks during the school day: laundry, organizing, light cleaning (there is a housekeeper once a week), light family meal prep
✔️ Assist with newborn care (3 month old)
✔️ Partner closely with mom, who is home full-time and highly involved

Requirements:

✔️ Proven ability to independently care for multiple children, including babies
✔️ Strong communication skills and fluent English
✔️ Prior nanny experience with excellent references
✔️ Must be able to travel domestically
✔️ Must have reliable transportation to Roslyn (driving preferred, but not required)
✔️ Professional, dependable, and confident in household management
✔️ Spanish-speaking a plus, MUST speak English
