Schedule: Monday–Friday (live-in)

Compensation: $1,600–$1,800/week, paid vacation, holidays, PTO

About the Family

A warm, energetic family in Sands Point is seeking a live-in nanny/house manager to support their home and care for their three daughters, ages 6, 4 and 2.

All three children are in school during the day and enjoy a variety of after-school activities. The family has a fun and upbeat dynamic.

This is a long-term, collaborative role working closely with a hands-on mom who is actively involved but manages a busy schedule.

Responsibilities

Morning & Afternoon Childcare:

• Support morning routines and getting children ready for school
• Assist with after-school care, activities, and daily routines
• Help manage schedules, classes, and overall flow of the day

House Management (while children are in school):

• Maintain a clean, organized home
• Daily upkeep: dishes, laundry, tidying, organizing, surfaces
• Support household systems and overall order
• Light meal prep as time allows

(Note: Deep cleaning is handled by a weekly cleaning service)

Family Support

• Act as a right-hand support to mom
• Work collaboratively with parents to keep the home running smoothly

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-time childcare experience
• Prior live-in experience preferred
• 1+ year of house management/housekeeping
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Strong references
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking

Ideal Candidate

Someone who is warm, positive and naturally engaging with children, while also taking initiative in keeping a home organized and running smoothly. Comfortable balancing the needs of three young children and working closely with a hands-on parent in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation & Benefits
