A private high-net-worth family based in Los Angeles is seeking a warm, highly organized, and travel-ready live-in nanny to support their 13-month-old son.

This is a short-term contract position through May 10, with potential to extend for the right candidate.

Local Los Angeles candidates are strongly preferred for immediate trial availability.

Position Details

• Location: Los Angeles, CA (live-in)
• Start Date: Within 2 weeks
• Schedule: 6 days per week
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• (Flexibility required if occasional support is needed beyond 6:00 PM)
• Accommodation: Private room provided
• Contract Duration: Through May 10
• Travel: Heavy international and domestic travel

Compensation

• Starting at $5,000 per month
• Compensation increases considered based on experience and capability
• Live-in accommodation included
• All required travel expenses covered by the family

Responsibilities

• Full care of a 13-month-old child
• Maintain consistent routines and developmental engagement
• Travel alongside family domestically and internationally
• Pack and prepare efficiently for frequent travel
• Maintain organization of child’s belongings and schedule
• Drive child safely to activities as needed
• Maintain a nurturing, safe, and structured environment

Requirements

• Prior experience caring for toddlers (minimum 3+ years preferred)
• Experience working in private homes; high-net-worth or high-profile experience preferred
• Must be loving, warm-hearted, and able to blend seamlessly into a family’s rhythm
• Highly organized and resourceful
• Comfortable with heavy global travel and last-minute logistics
• U.S. passport required
• Valid driver’s license and confident driving with children
• Must know how to swim and supervise children safely in and around water
• Montessori experience is a strong plus
• Italian language skills are a strong plus
• Professional references required

Pay: Up to $5,000.00 per month
