Live-In/Live-Out Nanny – Long-Term Role
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 11:00 AM–6:00 PM
Compensation: Competitive weekly pay $24-$32/hour

About the Role
Busy family seeking a confident, energetic live-out nanny to support afternoons and early evenings with three young children. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured but flexible environment and can independently manage the flow of the day.

Employment will occur in both Ohio and Florida, involving live-in arrangements in Florida. Live-in start date is flexible.

The nanny should feel comfortable stepping in, taking initiative, and helping keep the household moving smoothly.

Children

• 18-month-old twins (boy/girl) – active, mobile, curious
• 2.5-year-old girl – creative, energetic, potty trained (daytime), preparing for preschool

Responsibilities
Childcare

• Afternoon care, meals, naps, and transitions
• Lead outdoor play, outings, and activities
• Encourage learning-based, screen-free engagement
• Support dressing, hygiene, and bedtime prep when needed

Child-Related Household Support

• Children’s laundry and light organization
• Clean-up after meals and activities
• Assist with coordinating schedules and daily flow

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced with young children and multiple siblings
• Physically active and enjoys hands-on play
• Calm, laid-back personality with strong accountability
• Comfortable working independently without micromanagement
• Professional and self-aware (phone use, boundaries, communication)
• English fluency required; bilingual candidates welcomed

Additional Details

• Use of family vehicle for on-the-job driving
• Occasional travel opportunities available

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
