About the Position

AFM Agency is seeking an outgoing and customer-focused Product Demonstrator & Brand Ambassador to join our growing commerce team.

This role focuses on representing consumer products through live product demonstrations, audience engagement, and interactive shopping experiences. You'll help brands connect with customers while supporting product awareness and sales performance.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, beauty, sales, customer service, promotions, or social media.

Key Responsibilities

- Demonstrate products during live shopping and promotional sessions

- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage

- Build audience engagement through conversation and product storytelling

- Answer customer questions in a professional and friendly manner

- Support brand campaigns and product launches

- Assist with content preparation and promotional activities

- Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams

- Help create a positive and memorable customer experience

Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication skills

- Comfortable presenting products and interacting with customers

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

- Positive attitude and professional appearance

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in retail, sales, hospitality, events, or brand promotion preferred

- Social media experience is a plus
