Live Sales Host / On-Camera Seller — WhatNot

About Us:
RoxStar USA is a fast-growing fishing tackle brand that sells direct to anglers through live auction shows on WhatNot. We're expanding our live selling operation and launching a second channel dedicated to demo products, closeout deals, and special inventory. We need a natural seller who can hold a camera, hold a crowd, and move product.

The Role:
You're not behind the scenes — you ARE the show. We're looking for someone who can step in front of the camera and run live WhatNot auctions on their own. You'll host shows on our main channel when the owner isn't on, and eventually take the lead on our second channel focused on demo gear, closeout deals, and special pricing events.

This is a sales job at its core, but it doesn't feel like one. You're entertaining people, building relationships with a loyal fishing community, and creating an experience that makes people want to come back and buy. If you've got that natural ability to talk to people, keep energy high, and close — this is your lane.

Compensation — Uncapped Earning Potential:

• Commission-based pay structure means YOUR performance drives YOUR paycheck
• Realistic range: $20/hr starting out, $50–$100+/hr once you hit your stride — the better the show, the bigger the check
• There is no ceiling. Top performers in live selling make serious money, and we've built the platform and product line to let you do exactly that
• This is not a minimum-wage-plus-tips situation — this is a real sales career with real earning potential for the right person

What You'll Do:

• Host and run live WhatNot auction shows — you're the face, the voice, and the energy
• Sell fishing tackle, demo products, and closeout inventory to a live audience in real time
• Build rapport with buyers, answer questions on the fly, and create an atmosphere that keeps people watching and bidding
• Manage your own show format — learn the products, build a flow, and develop a style that works
• Run shows on the main RoxStar channel during off-hours and take ownership of the second demo/closeout channel
• Collaborate with the production team on show schedules, product selection, and promotions
• Represent the RoxStar brand with energy, authenticity, and professionalism

What We're Looking For:

• A natural on camera — comfortable, confident, and engaging without being scripted
• Sales ability — you know how to create urgency, read a room, and close without being pushy
• Entertaining personality — people tune in because of YOU, not just the product
• Hustle and reliability — when it's showtime, you show up ready to go
• Ability to learn products quickly — you don't need to be a fishing expert yet, but you need to be able to talk about gear like you know it
• Experience in live selling, streaming, content creation, retail sales, or auctioneering is a major plus
• Comfortable with tech — WhatNot platform, basic streaming setup, working with auction tools in real time
