Live Sales Host (TikTok / WhatNot / WhatNot) – Hourly + Commission

Overview

We are hiring energetic, on-camera salespeople to host live selling shows on TikTok, WhatNot, and other platforms for a large fragrance ecommerce business.

This is a high-energy, performance-based role with strong earning potential for individuals who can engage an audience and drive real-time sales.

Compensation

• $18–$22/hour base
• 4%–6% commission on live show net sales
• Performance bonuses

Top performers can earn significantly more based on net sales volume

Location

Edison, NJ – On-Site
(All shows are conducted from our warehouse studio with full inventory access)

What You'll Do

• Host live selling shows (up to 4 hours per session)
• Present fragrances and beauty products on camera
• Engage with viewers and answer questions in real time
• Create urgency and excitement to drive purchases
• Highlight product value, authenticity, and pricing
• Drive conversions and maximize sales during each show

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Comfortable speaking live on camera
• Strong communication and sales ability
• Outgoing, high-energy personality
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to engage viewers and close sales

Preferred:

• Experience with TikTok Live, WhatNot, or livestream selling
• Sales or commission-based experience
• Background in fragrance, beauty, or retail
• Experience hosting or presenting

Pay: $37,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
