Responsibilities

• Host live sales sessions on the Whatnot platform, presenting products with energy and enthusiasm to captivate viewers.
• Engage with the audience through real-time chat, answering questions, providing product details, and fostering a lively community atmosphere.
• Demonstrate product features clearly and confidently, highlighting benefits to encourage purchasing decisions.
• Negotiate prices and deals during live sessions to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote upcoming live events and special promotions across social media channels.
• Utilize CRM software and sales tools such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor throughout live broadcasts, ensuring a positive brand image.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for clothing & engaging with people
• Proven experience in sales roles such as B2B sales, inside sales, or telemarketing; experience in technology or product sales is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English.
• Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Ability to perform outbound calling and warm calling techniques to engage potential customers proactively.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and business development practices to grow the audience base.
