Duties

• Host live shopping sessions across various digital platforms, maintaining high energy and engaging viewers throughout the broadcast
• Demonstrate products clearly, highlighting features and benefits to excite potential buyers
• Interact with viewers in real-time by answering questions, responding to comments, and encouraging participation to foster a lively community atmosphere
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote special offers, discounts, and new product launches effectively
• Manage technical aspects of live broadcasts from your smart phone, ensuring smooth streaming quality, balanced lighting, and audio clarity.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold brand standards during all live sessions
• Provide excellent guest services by creating a welcoming environment that encourages viewer loyalty and repeat engagement

Experience

• Previous experience as a live shopping host or UGC creator
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and confidently in front of a camera
• Background in Retail, Entertainment, Social Media, Production, or on Camera talent helpful
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
• Experience with live streaming or digital content presentation is advantageous but not required
• Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest service principles to ensure a positive viewer experience
