Live Show Sales Host (Boutique Retail | App + TikTok + Whatnot)

Job Overview
Are you confident on camera, love fashion, and know how to connect with people in real time? We’re looking for a high-energy Live Show Sales Host to represent Emma Lou’s Boutique across our app, TikTok, and Whatnot platforms.

This is not your average retail job — this is entertainment + sales + community building all in one.

What You’ll Do:

• Host live shopping shows on our app, TikTok, and Whatnot
• Showcase products (primarily denim + boutique apparel) in a fun, engaging way
• Drive sales through storytelling, styling, and product education
• Interact with customers in real time (answer questions, respond to comments, build relationships)
• Collaborate with our team on show ideas, promotions, and product launches

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable and confident on camera (this is a must)
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Energetic, personable, and quick-thinking
• Passion for fashion (especially denim is a big plus)
• Ability to think on your feet and keep momentum during live shows
• Prior experience in live selling, retail sales, TikTok, or Whatnot is a HUGE plus (but we will train the right person)

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, or live streaming hosting within retail or e-commerce environments
• Strong knowledge of social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer and analytics platforms like Google Analytics
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences in real-time conversations during live broadcasts
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high energy levels and professionalism
