Duties

• Assist in setting up live streaming equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting to ensure high-quality broadcasts
• Monitor live streams in real-time to troubleshoot technical issues promptly and maintain smooth broadcasting flow
• Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to coordinate live event schedules and promotional activities
• Engage with viewers during live sessions by managing chat interactions and responding to comments professionally
• Support the creation of engaging visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite tools
• Manage social media platforms by scheduling posts via Hootsuite or Buffer, optimizing content for maximum reach
• Conduct social listening to gather audience feedback and monitor brand reputation across various channels

Requirements

• Proven experience or strong interest in social media management, digital marketing, or multimedia content creation
• Familiarity with social media management tools
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to proofread content accurately
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for social media trends, branding, public relations, and relationship management within digital spaces
