My Beauty Cult is a fast-growing live commerce brand selling premium K-Beauty, luxury skincare, and women's fragrances on WhatNot. Our shows move fast, our community is loyal, and our hosts are the heartbeat of every auction. We are adding 3 on-camera sales hosts to our team who can sell, engage, and entertain — all at once — from our professional studio in Boca Raton, FL.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Host live auction shows on the WhatNot platform — solo or alongside a show partner — from our private, fully equipped studio in Boca Raton
• Present, demonstrate, and sell women's makeup, skincare, and luxury fragrances to an engaged live audience
• Drive bidding momentum through authentic product knowledge, energy, and real-time audience interaction
• Stay current on trending products, viral beauty drops, K-beauty launches, and fragrance releases
• Manage the on-camera presentation from show open to close — keeping energy high and sales moving
• Collaborate with the team on show planning, product lineup, and promotional strategies

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Genuine passion for beauty — you know your serums from your essences and your eau de parfums from your EDTs
• Comfortable and confident on camera; natural ability to hold attention and create energy in a live format
• Sales-minded — you understand urgency, social proof, and what moves product in a competitive live auction environment
• Knowledge of current beauty trends, K-beauty brands (Anua, Skin1004, etc.), and luxury fragrance houses
• Ability to think fast and stay composed when technical glitches, slow bidding, or unexpected moments happen live
• Reliable, punctual, and professional — shows run on a schedule and our audience shows up expecting us to as well
• Experience with live selling platforms (WhatNot, TikTok Shop, Instagram Live) is a strong plus but not required

SCHEDULE & LOCATION DETAILS

• Part-time position with flexible show scheduling — ideal for those who want meaningful hours without a 9-to-5 commitment
• Shows filmed exclusively at our secure, private studio in Boca Raton, FL — exact address provided upon interview
• You will not be required to use your personal home or space — our professional studio handles everything
• Solo shows and two-host shows are both part of the rotation; we pair hosts based on chemistry and product mix
• Minimum availability: 2–3 shows per week preferred; scheduling discussed during onboarding
