Duties

• Collaborate closely with streamers to coordinate content flow, timing, and audience engagement strategies.
• Monitor live chat interactions to facilitate positive community engagement and address viewer questions or concerns promptly.
• Assist with technical setup, including audio, video, lighting, and streaming software to ensure high-quality broadcasts.
• Manage real-time troubleshooting of technical issues to minimize disruptions during live sessions.
• Provide energetic encouragement and support to streamers to maintain a lively atmosphere that captivates viewers.
• Track broadcast performance metrics and gather feedback for continuous improvement of streaming quality.
• Support the streamer in executing special segments or interactive features that boost viewer participation.

Requirements

• Proven experience with live streaming platforms such as Twitch, YouTube Live, or similar services.
• Strong understanding of streaming technology including audio/video equipment and broadcasting software.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and energize both streamers and audiences.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively under pressure.
• Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for digital entertainment, gaming, or creative content creation.
• Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, or irregular hours aligned with live broadcast schedules.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and adaptability are essential.
