Responsibilities

• Manage and execute live streaming sessions across various platforms, ensuring smooth operation and engaging delivery of content.
• Interact with viewers in real-time through computer DM channels, providing prompt responses and personalized engagement to enhance audience experience.
• Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to develop engaging multimedia content tailored for live streams and social media campaigns.
• Utilize graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce visually appealing graphics for live streams and social media posts.
• Monitor social listening tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Google Analytics to track audience sentiment, engagement metrics, and campaign performance.
• Implement SEO strategies and keyword research techniques to optimize content visibility across digital platforms.
• Assist in managing social media accounts including Facebook Advertising campaigns, ensuring consistent branding and messaging aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Support public relations efforts by maintaining positive relationship management with online communities and media outlets.
• Edit videos using video editing software to create highlights or promotional clips for streaming events or marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in live streaming management on platforms such as Twitch, YouTube Live, or Facebook Live.
• Strong proficiency in social media management tools including Hootsuite, Buffer, and related applications like Google Analytics.
• Skilled in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics, and social listening techniques.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies including Facebook Advertising and branding initiatives.
• Ability to handle real-time interactions professionally while maintaining a lively and engaging tone during live sessions.
• Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail—proofreading skills are a plus!
• Experience with photography or video editing is desirable but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is appreciated.
