Duties

• Host lively and interactive live streaming sessions to showcase products and engage viewers in real-time
• Demonstrate product features, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations to encourage purchases
• Maintain an energetic and professional on-camera presence that resonates with diverse audiences
• Coordinate with the sales team to highlight promotions, discounts, and special offers during broadcasts
• Manage chat interactions, respond promptly to viewer inquiries, and foster a welcoming environment
• Ensure smooth technical operation of streaming equipment and platforms throughout each session
• Track viewer engagement metrics and gather feedback to improve future live selling events

Skills

• Previous experience as a host or hostess, preferably in beauty and cosmetics industry
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with viewers and guests
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with clear phone etiquette
• Familiarity with marketplaces like TikTok, Whatnot, Ebay
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism
• Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest relations practices to enhance viewer experience
