Live Stream Moderator

Company Description: New Beginnings Global is one of the fastest growing TikTok agencies in the U.S. At NBG, we are constantly creating content and campaign material for our trusted partners and brands. In addition to daily livestreams, mega lives, and creator events, NBG works with creators to create effective campaigns and increase brand success. NBG is currently looking for Livestream Moderators to work on the daily lives we partner with.

Role Description:This is a part-time, on-site role for a Live Stream Moderator for the TikTok Shop. Moderators will be responsible for executing each step of our live stream operations, while ensuring our daily live streams start on time with the proper materials. Our moderators are expected to execute our campaign strategies and apply creative solutions to any existing issues that might pop up during our live streams. Additionally, we are currently offering $25/hr for this part time position.We are looking for individuals who can be available multiple days a week to Moderate high-energy live stream sessions that connect with audiences and drive sales. Live stream moderators must be able to speak fluidly and inform the audience about products, while thriving in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.The ideal live stream moderator will possess strong presentation skills, excellent vocal delivery, and the ability to celebrate sales and comments with our live hosts. Moderators' responsibilities also include:

A. Platform Management: Operate the TikTok Streamer Desktop dashboard and Seller Center to execute daily broadcast operations.

B. Data Analysis: Interpret post-stream analytics (GMV, viewer retention, engagement rates) to identify trends and generate daily performance reports.

C. Technical Operations: Manage studio hardware (lighting, audio, visual inputs) and troubleshoot technical issues in a live environment.

D. Strategic Execution: Implement real-time brand strategies, including product pinning and flash sale coordination, to drive conversion rates.

Previous experience or familiarity with TikTok’s livestreaming formats is highly valued; however, it is not required.Moderators should be comfortable interacting with a live audience for 2–4 hours per session, while also maintaining positive energy and professionalism.Compensation for moderating will be 25 an hour. Our live schedules usually run from 12-6pm, 1-4pm, and 1-5pm. Our livestreams also run from Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• Experience or background in TikTok livestreams and engagement strategies.
• Ability to collaborate with production teams for successful streams and live events.
• Strong performance skills and the ability to connect with a live audience.
• Schedule Flexibility.
• Familiarity with TikTok and live e-commerce trends is a plus.
• Previous experience in moderating or content creation roles is preferred.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
