Live Stream Sales Host (Full-Time, In-Office)

Location: Ada / Grand Rapids, MI (In-Office Only)

Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week, flexible – MUST be available to stream on weekends)

Compensation: $15/hour plus 5% commission on all stream-generated sales

About the Role

Rapid Radios is seeking a high-energy, on-camera personality to host live sales streams from our office. This role is focused on engaging audiences in real time, demonstrating our products, and driving sales—especially during high-traffic weekend hours.

This is an in-office position where you’ll have access to our products, setup, and team to help create high-quality, consistent live content.

Key Responsibilities

• Host live streams across platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) from our office
• Demonstrate Rapid Radios products in an engaging and informative way
• Answer live customer questions and overcome objections in real time
• Drive conversions and maximize sales during each stream
• Plan and execute content strategies to increase engagement and viewership
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions and campaigns
• Track performance and continuously improve results

Schedule Expectations

• Flexible weekday hours
• Required availability on weekends (peak sales times)
• Occasional evening streams

Requirements

• Confident and comfortable on camera
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Experience with live streaming, content creation, or sales preferred
• Ability to engage and retain a live audience
• Self-motivated and performance-driven
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
