We are seeking a confident, camera-ready Live Streaming Host with strong product presentation skills and experience in beauty or hair-related sales.

Position Overview

The Live Streaming Host will lead interactive live broadcasts to promote and sell wigs and hair extensions. The ideal candidate understands textured hair products, demonstrates strong on-camera presence, and can convert audience engagement into sales.

This role requires a high-energy personality, strong product knowledge, and familiarity with live selling techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Host live-stream sales sessions on platforms such as TikTok Live, Whatnot, Instagram Live, or similar.
• Demonstrate and style wigs and hairpieces during live broadcasts.
• Educate viewers on product features, hair textures, cap construction, lace types, density, and maintenance.
• Engage with live chat, answer questions, and drive purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional scripts and campaigns.
• Meet or exceed sales and engagement targets.
• Provide feedback on product trends and customer preferences.

Required Qualifications

• Prior live streaming or on-camera sales experience.
• Strong understanding of wigs and textured hair products.
• Confident public speaking and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain product benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Reliable internet connection (for remote roles).

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in cosmetology, beauty retail, or hair styling.
• Existing social media presence.
• Experience selling to multicultural or textured hair markets.
• Knowledge of lace front, HD lace, glueless wigs, bundles, closures, and frontals.

Physical / On-Camera Requirements

• Professional appearance suitable for beauty broadcasting.
• Ability to model and demonstrate wigs on camera.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Compensation Structure Example

• Base Pay: $20-28/hour
• Commission: 0.5-2% of live session sales
• Performance bonuses based on revenue targets
