Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for live streaming operations to maximize viewer engagement and brand visibility
• Oversee end-to-end live broadcast workflows, including content scheduling, technical setup, and real-time management
• Coordinate with content creators, technical teams, and senior leadership to ensure smooth execution of live events
• Manage vendor negotiations and partnerships to secure necessary equipment, services, and platform integrations
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality control, and scalability of live streaming activities
• Monitor performance metrics during broadcasts, analyze data post-event, and optimize future streams based on insights
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members involved in live streaming projects, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management or project management within digital media or live broadcasting environments
• Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience guiding cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Excellent negotiation skills for vendor management and partnership development
• Knowledge of live streaming platforms, broadcasting technology, and content distribution channels
• Ability to analyze performance data and implement process improvements effectively
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities
• Bilingual(English&Mandarin)preferred
