THE JOB:
As the Live Streaming Manager of our Live Studio at MGM Grand, you are the driving force behind our digital casino floor. You will oversee the daily operations of the live streaming studio, leading a high-performing team to deliver flawless, broadcast-ready guest service. Through engaging leadership and hands-on operational management, you will ensure our live games run seamlessly and in strict compliance with all regulatory standards.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Maintains appropriate staffing level of Game Presenters and Supervisors based on scheduling needs. Screens, interviews, and hires candidates.
Facilitates in-depth training program for employees matching the unique nature of the live streaming service. Develops additional training programs as-needed for new games, procedures, guest service standards, etc.
Evaluate performance based on observation and guest feedback, provide coaching and additional training for Supervisors and Game Presenters.
Ensure team adheres to game policies and procedures; implement and train team on new rules, games, and procedures as needed.
Oversee staff schedules to ensure appropriate game coverage at all times, create and submit daily operational reports required by the department.
Resolve guest issues promptly as-needed, escalate and/or resolve technical issues as they arise.
Maintain high level of guest service and employee engagement through fostering a culture of cooperation, accountability, and professionalism; recognize employees for exhibiting these behaviors and other accomplishments.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
Has a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1+ years of prior relevant experience in Hospitality, Entertainment, or front-facing guest service
