As the "voice behind the scenes," you will ensure our live streams remain positive, safe, and highly engaging. Key Responsibilities

• Real-Time Moderation: Monitor live broadcasts to enforce community guidelines, filter inappropriate content, and maintain a high-quality stream environment.
• Audience Engagement: Actively manage the chat, responding to viewer inquiries and fostering a vibrant, interactive community.
• Creator Collaboration: Partner closely with content creators to streamline interactions and provide immediate technical troubleshooting during sessions.
• Insight & Analytics: Utilize social listening tools to track audience sentiment and identify trending topics to optimize future broadcasts.
• Incident Management: Maintain precise logs of incidents, violations, and viewer feedback for post-stream reporting and strategy refinement.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all live content adheres to brand standards, providing feedback on visual quality and engagement tactics.

Qualifications

• Platform Expertise: Proven experience with TikTok’s ecosystem and live-streaming features. Familiarity with moderation tools is a must.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite) and basic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Communication Mastery: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to handle high-pressure or sensitive situations with grace and professionalism.
• Multitasking Pro: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, live environment without losing attention to detail.
• Bilingual Skills (High Priority): Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is highly preferred to support our diverse global audience.
• Creative Flair: Basic photography and video editing skills (CapCut etc) are a significant plus.
