Live Trading Card Steamer

We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves trading cards and feels comfortable on camera. If you enjoy talking cards, interacting with collectors, and bringing energy to a live stream, this could be a great fit.

We’re a growing trading card company selling on Whatnot. Our streams focus on pop culture trading cards and other collectibles. We care about building a real community — not just running quick sales. The right person won’t just host breaks… they’ll become someone our customers look forward to watching.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be hosting live streams on Whatnot — running breaks, auctions, pack openings, and other creative formats. The goal is to keep the stream engaging, clear, and fun while driving sales.

That means:

• Going live consistently (4-6+ hours per stream)
• Explaining products and break formats clearly
• Keeping the energy up and the chat engaged
• Encouraging bidding and participation
• Tracking orders accurately during the stream
• Helping us test new ideas for formats and promotions
• Packing and shipping orders accurately

Content responsibilities include:

• Creating thumbnails for live streams
• Creating hype clips from live streams
• Posting previews for upcoming breaks
• Sharing product highlights and big pulls

We want someone who understands that today’s live sellers are also content creators. It takes entertainment and community building, along with sales. The more attention we generate outside the stream, the bigger the streams become.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid knowledge of trading cards (Marvel, Star Wars, sports, Pokémon, TCG, etc.)
• Comfortable on camera and talking for extended periods
• Strong personality — confident, upbeat, and natural
• Sales mindset without feeling scripted

Experience on Whatnot or other live-selling platforms is a plus, but not required if you’re the right personality and willing to learn.

Pay type:

This is a 1099k contractor job. You will be paid $15 per hour of time elapsed on live stream with an additional 15% of the profits sold products during live stream. You will be responsible for shipping all the products sold on the stream after show is completed.

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
