Job Description:
Frontier Call Center is seeking confident and motivated Call Center Agents for our outbound campaign. In this role, you will connect with potential customers, share service information, and help generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Accurately document customer interactions in the system
• Meet performance targets and quality standards
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Self-motivated and results-oriented attitude
• Prior experience in sales or call center is a plus
