We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Livechat Support Specialist to join our team. This is a Full-Time position based in Texas City, Texas, United States. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our online customers, providing timely assistance, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner via our live chat platform.
• Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries regarding our HVAC services, pricing, and appointment availability.
• Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and provide clear, concise solutions to their problems.
• Schedule service appointments and consultations for our team of expert technicians.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department while ensuring the customer is kept informed.
• Gather customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer support process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service or support role, with experience in a live chat environment being highly desirable.
• Exceptional written communication skills, with a strong command of English grammar and spelling.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
• A patient, empathetic, and professional demeanour when interacting with customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Proficiency in using standard computer software and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Knowledge of the HVAC industry is an advantage but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
• A highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail.

Compensation

• A competitive hourly wage of $21 - $24 USD per hour, commensurate with experience.
