Livestock Specialist - Zayed City, UAE (No English Required)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and expertise related to livestock management and husbandry.
• Run trials and research studies related to livestock management, analyze data, and provide technical support to farmers/producers.
• Develop education materials on best practices for animal care and assist in monitoring standards of animal welfare.
• Provide veterinary advice when needed and work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications and requirements

• Proven experience in livestock management and husbandry, including identifying livestock health problems and understanding nutrition requirements.
• Working knowledge of animal breeding programs and biosecurity protocols.
• Degree in Veterinary Science or Animal Science with a strong background in livestock production systems (preference).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• No English language skills required for this position.
